About Vital Being

My name is Louise, and I created Vital Being to make lymphatic, remedial and therapeutic care easier to access at home.  

I support adults living with lymphoedema, lipoedema, chronic oedema, post-operative swelling, mobility concerns and the effects of cancer treatment. Treatment is gentle, considered and tailored to each person’s health, comfort and home environment.  

I welcome referrals from doctors and specialists for lymphoedema and oedema management. Where appropriate, I work alongside medical and allied health professionals so that treatment remains coordinated, safe and within scope.

Alongside my private work with Vital Being, I provide lymphoedema management, oncology-informed remedial and therapeutic massage through Cancer Wellness Support in Leura and Penrith. This work has given me valuable experience supporting people affected by cancer as part of a broader community-based service.

My qualifications include a Bachelor of Health Sciences with majors in Nutrition and Psychology for Allied Health, a Diploma of Remedial Massage, Lymphoedema Practitioner training and Oncology Massage training. 

My interest in this field has also been shaped by personal family experience, strengthening my understanding of the importance of compassionate, practical and well-coordinated care.

My approach combines clinical knowledge, practical guidance and compassion to help people feel more comfortable, confident and supported in daily life.
