Referrals

Health professionals, care coordinators, case managers and approved service providers may refer clients to Vital Being.

Referrals may be made for:

• Remedial massage for pain, stiffness, muscular tension and mobility concerns

• Lymphoedema, oedema and persistent swelling

• Post-operative and post-surgical support

• Oncology-informed care

• Compression and garment support

• Therapeutic massage for clients with additional health or mobility considerations

Please include the client’s contact details, relevant health information, reason for referral and any funding or approval requirements.

Submitting a referral does not confirm an appointment. Vital Being will contact the client to discuss their needs and determine the appropriate service.

Urgent or emergency concerns should be directed to the client’s GP, treating medical team or emergency services.
